Submitted by: KERIG1973

Introduction

I had a taste for some chocolate chip cookies but wanted to make them some what better for you. So I took a box of Dr. Oetkers Organic choc chip cookie mix and substituted greek yogurt for the butter, added protien, fiber, flax and pecans. My 7 and 5 yr old LOVE these.

Ingredients

    1 Egg
5.3 oz Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt,
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened, Add a little if you need some more moisture.
Dr. Oetker Organics Chocolate Chip cookie mix,
    1/4 c Pecans, , chopped
    1 tbl ground Flax Seed
3 tbl Protein Powder ( I used plain from the bulk section at sprouts)
    2 tsp Fiber-sure fiber supplement

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375
Pour mix into bowl, add fiber sure, pecans, ground flax and protien, mix well. Set aside.

Blend or hand mix yogurt and egg till blended. Add dry mix till soft dough forms. Add Almond milk (milk or soy milk should be fine too) if your mix is too dry.

Scoop out 30-32 full tablespoon full size scoops and put on spray coated cookie sheet. You can flatten before cooking as they don't spread while cooking.
Bake for 8-9 min.

Nutrition info is for 2 cookes. Enjoy
