Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Fresh Broccoli
1 1/2 lb. Roasted Turkey Breast Meat
1 Can Ceam Of Chicken Soup
1/3 Cup Light Mayonaise
2 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cut broccoli into small spears, 2-3 inches.
Boil for 3 minutes, drain.
Cut turkey into slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
In a medium sized bowl: Mix the can of soup, light mayonaise, lemon juice, curry powder, black pepper, and 1/4 cup water. Set aside.
In another medium sized bowl: Mix the dry bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish: Spread cooked broccoli evenly. Layer the sliced turkey evenly on top of the broccoli. With a spoon, spread the soup mixture evenly over the turkey. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture on top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Serve hot. Serves 6.
