    Ingredients:
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1.50 oz
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.20 cup
    Portobello Mushroom (3 0z mushroom), 1 serving
    Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (17 is one serving), 0.10 serving

Directions

Cut off stalk, put mushroom face down on cooking sheet. Add Sauce then mozz cheese, then turkey pep, cook on 450 for 25 min or till cooked to taste.

  • We couldn't find the turkey pepperoni at our store so I just used some left over grilled chicken and asparagus. It was really good. My husband used regular pepperoni and said his was good to. Thanks so much for this recipe, we loved it! - 10/19/09
