Ingredients

    1 apple cored
    .33 cup grapes
    1 oz. neufchatel cheese
    .5 cinnamon (ground)
    .5 cup fat free milk
    2 tablespoons of toasted wheat germ
    2 tablespoons of oat bran

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth...may add ice to blender to chill. One shake
