    3 6-oz. cans water-packed tuna
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 hardboiled egg whites, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. capers
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

Chop everything, mix together, eat.
