Ingredients

    # Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp
    # Peas, fresh, 0.25 cup
    # Potato, raw, 0.25 cup diced
    # Beans, french, 50
    # Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 25
    # Bulgur, dry, 200
    # Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.50 cup
    # White Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup
    # Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 1 oz
    # soya granules, 50 gram(s)
    # moong daal, 25 gram(s)

Directions

take one tsp oil in pressure cooker and saute all the veggies in it . after 3-4 min add salt and green chillies and now add dalia in this and roast it for about 5 min . add 3.5 cups of water and pressure cook for abt 5-7 min. serve garnished with peanuts
