Napa cabbage, 1 head
Green onions, 5
Ramen noodles, 3 packages
Slivered almonds, small package
Sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp
Chicken, optional, 2 breasts
Vinegar, 1/4 cup
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
Sugar, 1/4 cup
Soy sauce to taste
Brown ramen noodles and almonds, when almost finished, add sesame seeds.
Whisk all dressing ingredients...we usually add additional vinegar & go easy on the oil.
Thinly cut the napa cabbage and onions. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (it's easiest to use your hands!).
Our 4 year olds favorite meal! :)
