Melissa's Fruit Salad

Introduction

This fruit salad is great! I make a batch on Sunday evening for breakfast/snacks for the week. Goes great with granola. This fruit salad is great! I make a batch on Sunday evening for breakfast/snacks for the week. Goes great with granola.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 2 medium
    Oranges, 2 small
    Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Sugar Free Instant Pudding Packet - do not make pudding (any flavor - I like vanilla)

Directions

You can substitute any fruit you like, and play around with the pudding flavors.

Chop all the fruit into bite size pieces. Place in a bowl.
Sprinkle the instand pudding powder on the fruit. Mix well. You want a thin coating on all fruit.
Cover and set in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and stir.

The juices from the fruit make the 'pudding'.

Serves 6-8
