Ingredients

    1 cup ice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 medium banana
    2 slices green apple
    10 blueberries
    10 raspberries
    2 medium strawberries
    3 chunks pineapple
    2 chunks melon

Directions

Cut up banana, melon, pineapple, and strawberries

Put all ingrediants into blender and mix until smooth.
