Ingredients

    8 ounces lean sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch long strips @ 1/4" thick

    1 small onion, sliced
    1 T whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

Directions

Brown the beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet. Add the flour to the skillet and stir the beef with until coated. Add the mushrooms, water, mustard, paprika, and sour cream to the mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce develops a creamy consistency.
