Garden Tuna Salad

Introduction

A quick lunch or snack. A quick lunch or snack.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can chunk light tuna drained
    1/2 cup minced green peppers
    1/2 cup minced red peppers
    1/2 cup minced celery
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
    2 Tbsps store bought balsamic dressing
    ground pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and chill well before serving.

Can be served as is or over chopped romaine lettuce for a more substantial salad.

Can also be used as a filling for wraps for a quick easy lunch.
