Ingredients

Brown Rice, medium grain, 5 cup cooked
Chicken breast tenderloin, raw (4 oz serving), 4 serving
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 2 clove
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Fiesta Blend Frozen Vegetables, 4.5 cup
Jalapeno, fresh chopped, 1 Tbsp
Lime Juice, 1 Tbsp (more or less to taste)
Cilantro, Fresh chopped 5 Tbsp approximate
Directions
In large skillet or wok heat butter and olive oil. Saute Onion for 2 minutes. Add cubed chicken and cook through. Add garlic and frozen veggies, cook for 5 minutes covered on medium heat until veggies are heated. Add brown rice, soy sauce, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve.
