Simple Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Easy and fast to make. Store in fridge overnight to get best marrying of flavors. Great over chicken. Nice kick on toast. All ingredients subject to adjusting for personal taste. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Red Raspberry Fruit Spread, 15.5 oz jar
    Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, 2 peppers with sauce
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
    Onion powder, 1/2 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Salt, 1/4 tsp

    May add finely chopped jalapeno peppers if preferred.

Directions

Makes about 15 servings of 2 TBS

Cut open peppers and scrape out seeds with edge of knife and discard seeds (leave them if you like them). Finely chop peppers. Stir all ingredients together in bowl. Move to a sealed container and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
