Rumbamel's 3 Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Submitted by: RUMBAMEL

Introduction

This is an adult mashed potatoes. I fed it to the kids along with fresh green beans and some pork chops. My husband and I enjoyed it, but the kids weren't thrilled. Oh, well. I would have put another cheese, cream cheese, in it, but I didn't have any. It was still yummy. This is an adult mashed potatoes. Wow, I am so sorry. I don't know how I missed that. It is in the nutrition. So, it's in there, I just forgot to bring it down to the recipe. It's 1/2 C chopped onions. I usually used white. Thanks for responding. --rumbamel
