Skinny yogurt pudding

Submitted by: PTREINER

Introduction

I have a sweet tooth and this recipe hits the spot! I make it with lemon pudding mix for a slightly tart, refreshing summer treat. It's really great topped with fresh picked berries! Nutritional info calculated without the berries. I have a sweet tooth and this recipe hits the spot! I make it with lemon pudding mix for a slightly tart, refreshing summer treat. Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
2 packets Splenda (or to taste)
1 Tbsp fat free, sugar free dry pudding mix (vanilla, chocolate, any flavor. If using lemon, only need 1/2 Tbsp.)

Directions

Combine all ingredients, let sit a few minutes. Will thicken slightly for a luscious, rich mouth-feel and taste. Top with fresh berries to boost your fruit intake for the day!

Note: the only jello pudding mix without milk that I could choose in the ingredient list was chocolate sugar-free, so the nutritional info was calculated with that. I usually use sugar-free. fat-free and I like the lemon flavor best. Either way, this is a yummy low-cal, nutritious treat for someone with a sweet tooth!
