Directions

Take a 13x9" glass pan and line it with parchment paper.
Whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl that is flat enough on the bottom to be able to lay down a piece of bread flat. Dredge each slice of bread in the egg mixture and lay down flat on the parchment paper. Bread can touch each other.
When all bread is coated and in the pan (8 may not fit), bake at 350 for about a half hour or until the bread gets brown and crispy.
Spread with apple or pumpkin butter before eating. You can also save the leftovers and put them in the toaster to heat up. Store leftovers in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
Makes 4 servings.
