Broiled Salmon

Introduction

Very fast and easy. You could also use smaller salmon filets. I always use the frozen, individually wrapped salmon. Very fast and easy. You could also use smaller salmon filets. I always use the frozen, individually wrapped salmon.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 4 oz salmon filets
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter (use real butter), melted
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Place salmon filets on broiling pan or cookie sheet. Using half of each of the remaining ingredients, brush butter on each filet, sprinkle with worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Broil for about 10 minutes. Remove pan from broiler, turn the salmon over, repeat with butter, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Broil for about 10 more minutes. Remove and serve.
