Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs stew beef
    1 C baby carrots
    1 sm onion, quartered
    3 sm potatoes, cubed
    8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced (or use baby button mushrooms)
    1 pkg dehydrated onion soup mix
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 C beef broth

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.

Makes 10 servings.
