1 lb frozen cooked shrimp, tails removed
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cups diced celery
2-3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 1/4 cups chopped onions
8-16 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. Combine all the ingredients (except the shrimp).
2. Cook on low heat for about 8-10 hours (or 3-4 hours on high heat).
3. Increase the heat to high and add the cooked shrimp 15 minutes before serving
