Introduction

This recipe is from my sister in law. It is delicious and great for next-day sandwiches. This recipe is from my sister in law. It is delicious and great for next-day sandwiches.

Ingredients

    1 Pork Roast/Boston Butt/Pork Shoulder/Pork Butt
    1 Bottle (19oz) Jack Daniel's Hickory Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
    1 Can Coke Zero or Diet Coke
    1/2 cup unpacked Brown Sugar
    Black Pepper

Directions

Place pork roast in crock pot. Pour can of coke over pork. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour/rub BBQ sauce all over pork. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Cook in crock pot on low for 10 hours or on high for 5.

One serving is about 3 oz.
