Ingredients

1/2 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 can corn undrained
1 can peas undrained
1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 32 ounce can diced tomatoes
1-2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a larger soup pan,
brown hamburger, draining well.
Add corn and peas including liquids.
Drain and rinse kidney beans, then add them to the pot.
Season with chili powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to come to a simmer for around 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
Serve with corn bread, if desired
