Flounder with Mushrooms and White Wine

Introduction

Adapted from Betty Crocker's recipe. I changed White Wine to Chicken Broth Adapted from Betty Crocker's recipe. I changed White Wine to Chicken Broth
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Flounder (fish), 1 fillet
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
    *Lawry's Season Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 15 slice
    *BUTTER- I CANT BELIEVE ITS NOT BUTTER, 1 tbsp
    *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, .25 cup
    *Kraft Parmasan Cheese, 2 tsp

Directions

Heat oven to 375*
Place flounder in un greased baking dish.
Sprinkle pepper, paprika, and salt
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Cook mushrooms and add broth alow to simmer a couple minutes.
Pour over fish adn sprinkle with Parmasan.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
