Libby's Whole Wheat Blueberry Pecan Waffles

Submitted by: STELLAR185

Introduction

Awesome whole grain waffles! The blueberries make them sweet and the pecans give them a surprising crunch! Using applesauce instead of the usual vegetable oil keeps them moist with half the fat.
