Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup quick cooking oats
    1 C WW flour
    3 T brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 C nonfat milk
    1 C pumpkin
    1/4 C eggbeaters
    2 T applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour on hot griddle using 1/4 C batter. 2 Pancakes per serving
