Ingredients

    12 Green Bell Peppers, medium
    2 carrots shredded
    2 onions diced
    2 T Italian Sesoning
    1 Box Zatrains Dirty Rice Mix
    1 can red enchilada sauce, 8 oz
    1 can diced tomatoes with mild chilies, 14.5 oz
    1 can diced tomatoes,14.5 oz
    6 cloves garlic diced

Directions

cook carrots, onions, garlic medium heat until soft. Add ground turkey and Italian sesoning cook until done. Add both cans of diced tomatoes and simmer.
Slice tops off peppers, remove stems and pepper core. Place pepper tops in baking pan that has been sauced with the red enchilida sauce. Place the matching pepper on the top. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
