Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    3 cups Pasta - uncooked
    3 cups Water
    1 packet Taco Seasoning

Directions

1. Heat pan on med-high, when hot, then add olive oil.

2. Heat oil till hot.

3. Add the turkey, celery and onion and brown the turkey.

4. Once the turkey shows no pink, add noodles, water, and taco seasoning.

5. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer till noodles are cooked. (About 20 minutes).

Serve with a salad or cooked green vegetable.
