4 medium green pepper
1/4 C water
1/2 C uncooked orzo pasta (this recipe and calories include rice)
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup frozen broccoli caulifower blend, thawed and chopped (I just used broccoli)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
Meanwhile, cook orzo (rice) according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; draink. Draink rice; stir into meat mixture. Add the spaghetti sauce, vegetables and 1/4 c parmesan cheese.
Sppon into peppers. Sprinkly w/ remaining parmesan cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
