Ingredients

    1 lb Bone/Skinless Chicken Breasts (Kirkland)
    1 cup Pearl Barley, raw
    3 cups Water
    2 cups Celery, diced
    1 cup Onion, diced
    1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce (Ocean Spray)
    1 env Onion Soup Mix (Flavorite)
    1 cup Craisins (Ocean Spray)

Directions

Dice chicken.
Place all ingredients in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Mix well.
Bake, covered, in 375 pre-heated oven for 60 minutes until barley is tender.
