Introduction

Warm and nutty pancake. Fills you up and gives you tons of energy before that morning workout! Sugar free syrup on top keeps it low cal and a sweet treat. Warm and nutty pancake. Fills you up and gives you tons of energy before that morning workout! Sugar free syrup on top keeps it low cal and a sweet treat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1 cup quaker oats
    1 cup egg whites
    1 tbles vanilla

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. You can let it sit in refridgerator to soften or use right away for more texture. Pour into hot pan sprayed with Pam. Flip when top looks slightly firm.

Makes 8 3 inch "pancakes"
