Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Garlic, 21 grams (4 cloves - chopped)
    Onions, raw, 156 grams (one small onion diced)
    Shredded Carrots, 3 oz
    Tomatoes Diced - No Salt Added , 14.5 oz
    Red Kidney Beans, 20 oz
    Great Northern Beans, 15 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 15 oz
    V-8 Juice, 12 oz
    Distilled White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Basil, 4 leaves (or 1 t dried basil)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Whole Wheat Rotelle Pasta, 3 cup

Directions

1) Brown ground turkey, drain all grease.
2) Add onions, carrots, and garlic, saute 10 minutes
3) Combine all other ingredients except pasta, in stock pot and add turkey mix
4) Cover and simmer for 1 hour
5) Cook pasta per package directions and add to mixture
6) Top with mozzarella cheese (not included in nutrition info)

Makes 10 one cup servings
