Introduction

Meatloaf using Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Meatloaf using Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients



    * *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 2lb.
    * *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 envelope
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 3/4c
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    * Water, tap, 3/4c
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/3c

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.

Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 min.

  • I made this recipe with what I had in the freezer - part lean ground beef and part ground turkey. I halved the recipe since I am feeding just myself and my husband. Wow, it is superb! The Lipton Onion Soup mix really gives this meatloaf an awesome taste. It was nice and juicy too, not dry. - 4/8/10
