Ingredients

4c. Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
1 Onion, chopped
6 Potatos, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2c Chicken or veggie Broth
2 T. Garden Garlic Mix
1/4c smart balance spread
2c Skim or Soy Milk
Directions
Place all ingredients except milk and margarine in crock pot.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Let cool about 10 minutes.
Puree about hlf of the soup.
Return to cooker and add mlk and margarine.
Stir.
Cook on high for 1 more hour.
