Ingredients

*2 1/2" Dia potato boiled cooked in skin with salt, 6 serving (cut in half)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Olive Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Cut potatos in half, add olive oil to pan and heat on medium. Add onions and saute for about 5 minutes. Add potatos and cook until browned, turning to brown all sides.
A serving is 1 potato per person.
