Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 pound boston butt pork roast
    1 24 oz bottle of Goya Mojo Marinade

Directions

Preheat Oven to 275.

Fold together several pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil to form a pocket.

Place roast in pocket. Pour entire bottle of marinade over the roast in the pocket.

Place roast in pocket in a large aluminum baking dish.

Cook the roast at 275 for 8 hours
