Brown Rice Eggs

Ingredients

Egg White 2 Large
Bacon Bits REAL - Hormel, 1 t
Brown Rice, long grain, 1/2 c
Extra Light Olive Oil, .1t
Garlic Minced, 1/4 tsp
Mushrooms, fresh, 1/4 cup slices
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
Onions, 1 tbsp chopped
Directions
Add oil to pan, saute garlic, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. When cooked, add mixed eggs. Add bacon bits. Reheat rice in microwave 30 sec. Scramble until done. Mix into bowl with warmed rice. Enjoy
