Ingredients
-
2lbs Ground turkey (I choose Jennie-O extra lean)
1-pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I choose the herb blend)
1 Large Egg
1/2c. Water, tap
1/4c. Ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients, but omit 1/8c. Ketchup.

This was the first recipe I used from this web site and it's amazing! My whole family loved it. I loved the idea to use stuffing, very original, at least I've never heard of it before. I used bbq sauce instead of ketchup and it made it even better. def will make again multiple times! Thank you! - 10/4/10
