Crockpot Onion Soup

Submitted by: RACHELMARLENA

Introduction

No groceries, onions, and a can of evaporated milk leftover from Christmas baking? Sounds like Onion Soup to me! This is super-easy and requires few ingredients since a) it is in a crockpot and b) I had no food in the house. 200 calories a serving, which is a little high but this is super-rich soup. :) No groceries, onions, and a can of evaporated milk leftover from Christmas baking?
