IntroductionMy husband and young children love these. My husband and young children love these.
6 large eggs, scrambled
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
6 Stoned Wheat Thin crackers, crushed into fine pieces
3 cans of Kirkland Salmon (7 oz. each), well drained and flaked
1 Tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form mixture into 10 patties. Heat oil in a large pan (I use cast iron). Cook over medium-high heat on both sides until brown and set.
Yummy with a whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup.
