Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

    1 Egg White
    2 cups Chicken broth
    1/2 tsp Ginger (or to taste)
    1/4 cup Cabbage
    1/2 clove minced garlic
    2 oz chicken

Directions

Saute garlic just a minute or two in pan. Add 2 cups of home made chicken broth and bring to a boil. Whisk egg white very well. While stirring broth swiftly in a clockwise motion, slowly add egg white to broth. Add ginger and cabbage. Once cabbage is cooked to your liking add your chicken (pre-cooked and shredded or cubed).
