Ingredients

1 large pita bread
3 oz vegetable, frozen or fresh, cubed
1 medium Tomato, cubed
1 small onion cut in rings
1 tsp mixed Pizza spice (salt, pepper, oregano and any other you like)
.5 c grated mozarella cheese
Directions
Split the Pita along the middle, so you have an upper and a lower half.
On each half you spread the tomato, the cubed veggies, then sprinkle spice on top and the cheese last.
Bake at 300F for 30 minutes
makes 2 individual pizzas.
