3 Fat Chicks' Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup of scallions (approx 1 bunch)
    3/4 cup of salsa
    1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in an 11x7 dish coated with cooking spray.

2) Spoon salsa evenly over chicken and top with green onions.

3) Sprinkle with cheese.

4) Cover and bake for 30 minutes

5) Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

** If the chicken breasts are large (as they are from Giant, you can cut calories by eating only a half breast)
