Brussels Sprouts roasted in your oven for eating as is or a tasty addition to your salad. Brussels Sprouts roasted in your oven for eating as is or a tasty addition to your salad.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Brussels Sprouts
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1. Mix together the Red Pepper Flakes & Olive Oil.
2. Clean Brussels Sprouts & cut in half if large.
3. Toss Brussels Sprouts together with Red Pepper Flakes & Olive Oil mixture.
4. Spread out on an oven proof pan.
5. Preheat Oven to 350 and roast Brussels Sprouts for about 20 minutes.

I do not add salt because I find that the Brussels Sprouts have enough flavor with the Pepper Oil.

You can also add Crushed Garlic to the Brussels Sprouts before roasting for additional flavor.

If the Brussels Sprouts are really large, cut them in half. If they are about medium size, I will made a cut in the stem end for more even cooking.
