Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 6 oz
    Raisins, 0.5 small box (1.5 oz)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Cucumber (with peel), 1.5 cup slices
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Chop thick slices mix cinnamon, raisins and cheese then mix all together... enjoy!
