Fibre Filled Salmon Patties

Introduction

These are very tasty salmon patties with the added bonus of being rich in fibre. These are very tasty salmon patties with the added bonus of being rich in fibre.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 fresh egg
    1 cup of wheat bread crumbs (2 slices)
    1 200g can Ocean Rise Salmon in lemon sauce.
    1 tbsp crushed linseed
    1 tbsp psyllium husks
    1 tbsp wheatgerm

Directions

Makes 4 patties

Using only 1/4 cup of the lemon sauce mix all ingredients together.
Divide into 4 and shape into patties.
Broil approx 4-5 minutes on each side being very careful.
You may choose to fry in a touch of olive oil very gently.
