Ore Ida Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, thawed (1 pound, 14 ounce package)
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (7 ounce package)
1 cup Low-fat Sour Cream
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1 toe minced garlic
1 tsp dired parsley
2 dashes cayenne pepper
coarse black pepper to taste
salt to tate
Place hash browns n large mixing bowl, gently separating with fingertips so there are no clumps
Place remaining ingredients except cheese into a medium mixing bowl and stir well until thoroughly blended.
Place cheese and soup mixture into large mixing bowl with hash browns. Gently fold together until well blended.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one hour.
Yields 10 three-fourths cup servings.
