Lentils, 5 cup (remove)
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Parsley, .66 cup (remove)
*Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 1 oz (remove)
*Mustard, Dijion, Great Value, 6 tsp (remove)
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
Lime Juice, .25 cup (remove)
Heat lentils in microwave or over stovetop until very warm, and pour into a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the lentils and stir the whole thing carefully until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Taste, and add a little extra salt or pepper if needed.
Cover and chill for 6-7 hours to allow the flavours to combine.
Yields just over 3/4 cup per serving
