Ingredients

1/2 cup COOKED (leftover?) brown rice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey whichever you prefer
1 tbsp nuts ( almonds , walnuts etc)
.25 cup soy milk ( or milk if you prefer?)
1 tbsp dried cranberry or raisins or blueberry
a dash of cinnamon or vanilla to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and heat in microwave for 2 minutes
