Fall Couscous

Introduction

This recipe adds a lot of flavor and is great for breakfast or a late night snack. The pumpkin spice and honey combine to remind me of the flavors of fall. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice
    1 cup dry couscous
    1/4 cup Berkley & Jensen Fruit and Nut Blend

Directions

Makes 4 approximately 1 cup servings.

Place milk, honey and pumpkin spice in a small sauce pan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add couscous, remove from heat, stir, and cover. After 5 minutes, remove lid from pan and with a fork, fluff up the couscous. Add the fruit and nut blend and stir. Divide into 4 equal servings, serve and enjoy!
