Ingredients

    1/4 cup kidney beans (rinsed and drained if using canned)
    2 oz. sliced, lean roast beef
    3 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 small red onion
    2 cups mixed salad greens
    1/4 cup peeled and chopped avocado
    2 tbsp. salsa

Directions

Rinse and drain beans to rid of excess sodium. Cut roast beef into thin strips; set aside. Halve tomatoes; chop onion and salad greens; place in a salad bowl with avocado. Combine beans and roast beef with the vegetables in salad bowl; pour salsa on top and toss well.
