1 bagel cut in half and toasted
1 tsp. kraft low fat mayonnaise
2 eggs, scrambled in non-stick skillet
1 TBLSP. Cheddar cheese, grated
Scramble or "fry" 2 eggs in non stick skillet (Use Pam if desired). Season as desired.
top eggs with grated cheddar cheese.
Serve either as an open faced sandwich or top with the half bagel witnout the mayo, and cut in half.
One serving is half the bagel and half of the egg/cheese mixture.
